With a total 33 years of experience, Mr. Adhikari worked as a safety officer in Coke oven & coal chemical, Blast Furnace, Power Plant, Sinter Plant, Steel Melt Shop & Rolling Mills. He is an expert safety mgmt. specialist, an auditor, a highly rated safety trainer and is also a associated as a lecturer in DSSPE (Safety Institute).

 

Mr. Adhikari is also a certified lead auditor ISO 14001 & 45001, Passed Rule 4 (d) of the West Bengal Factories (Safety Officers) Rules,1978, Competent Person Under Section  28, 29 & 31 of Factory Act 1948, M Tech. (Safety & Occupational health), B E (Mech), Diploma in Safety Engg., Certified lead auditor ISO 14001 & 45001, Passed Rule 4 (d) of the West Bengal Factories (Safety Officers) Rules, 1978, Competent Person Under Section 28, 29 & 31 of Factory Act 1948, BBS Trainer, Former Dy. General Manager of Durgapur Steel Plant (SAIL).

He was a former  General Manager & Head of Training Deptt. of Durgapur Steel Plant(SAIL) with a total 33 years of rich experience. He is an excellent academician , a teacher , expert trainer, a motivator  & specialist in Behavioural Safety, Stress Mgmt  &Emotional Intelligence.

Dr. Subrata has a PhD in Business, Administration , B E (Elect), MBA (Marketing), Diploma in Training & Development, Advanced Diploma in Mgmt. Research.

Experience in Thermal Power Plant( Upto 110 MW Generating Unit) Including Generator, Power Plant Auxiliaries, Transformers(Upto 120MVA), Switch Gears(Upto 220 Kv), Motors, Extra High Voltage Equipment (Upto 220 Kv). Experience in Operation&Amp;Maintenance of Power Distribution Network Including Managing Load/Generation Pattern, Specific Power, Scada, Islanding System and Supply of Quality & Un-Interrupted Power to Production Department to Fulfill Production Target(App), Sop,Smp & Safety Of Electrical Equipment of Integrated Steel Plant.
